Delicious dish made from regional products, freshly prepared and clever finished - in our hotel the boss is cooking herself, managing this without high tech. You will not find a microwave oven or a steamer in our kitchen!

We are cooking for groups beginning from 10 person - what kind of dish is on your choice. For some inspiration there's a sample menue that we can send by request.

Our chef´s suggestion: local Angus- beef prepared in the smoker. Cooked at low temperature near the log-fire - resulting a wonderfull jucy piece of meat with a smooth, smoky taste.

Or Dinnele-Pizza baked in the clay oven – our local special with fluffy dough and crispy crust , toped with sour cream and bacon, with delicious wood-garlic-butter or with apple-cinnamon topping.
